Chief Growth Officer and appearing district Justice of the Peace Gaurav Kumar mentioned in the course of the cleansing of the Vikas Bhavan within the district headquarters on Sunday, the employees got here to know that the sac filled with nationwide flags was thrown into the fireplace.

Taking cognizance of the incident, a two-member staff beneath Extra District Justice of the Peace Suresh Kumar Soni was fashioned and a report has been sought.

District Growth Officer Dinkar Vidyarthi mentioned the flags have been ordered in August for distribution beneath the Har Ghar Tiranga marketing campaign.

“Some flags weren’t in line with commonplace and people weren’t distributed. These flags have been stored in Vikas Bhavan. Sunday being a vacation a cleanliness drive was undertaken.

Vidyarthi added that the broken flags have been disposed of as per the Flag Code on Sunday.
